Taking regular deviled eggs and adding a twist is something I love to do. These eggs are no different! They’re the same tasty picnic food you always love, but they have an extra level of flavor, thanks to the oregano, which goes very well with the creamy yolks.
Oregano Deviled Eggs
6 eggs, hardboiled
2 Tblsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. oregano powder
pinch dried oregano, not ground
1/4 tsp. paprika
Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks into a bowl.
In the bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yolks, oregano powder and the paprika until smooth. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg halves and sprinkle with oregano.
