The beer gives a fun flavor to the beef and any alcohol cooks off so you don’t have to worry if you avoid it. If you’re looking for a unique way to prepare beef, this is a super simple, super delicious method.

Beer Beef Strips

Serves 4

1.5 lbs beef, cut into strips
1 c. beer
1/2 c. beef broth
salt and pepper

Brown beef in a frying pan for one minute. Add beer and broth and simmer until tender and cooked through, about 15-20 min.

Serve over rice, or with bread to sop up the tasty sauce!
