Wednesday Recipe Roundup: Easter Edition

Can you believe that Easter is so close already? I just realized a couple of days ago that this year, Easter falls on my birthday, so double celebration! :)

Here are some recipes to get you going for this holiday . . . stay tuned for some bunny buns that I`ll be posting a little later today, as well!

For a super simple dinner leading up to the big holiday dinner (or perhaps to use up leftovers), you might want to try Easy Cheesy Potato Chowder . . . looks like something kids would adore.

If you`re still stuck on what to do for Easter brunch, then I suggest heading over to She Knows Parties and checking out the preplanned menu ideas there. Everything from Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Frittata to Carrot Cake Cupcakes sounds delicious.
