Valentines Day Morning Smoothies!

What better way to wake up your senses first thing Valentines Day morning than with a sweet and creamy smoothie! Smoothies are a quick and easy way to start your day off right and are nutritious and delicious as well! Here are three Valentines Day inspired smoothies for your family on the special day!

Raspberry Smoothie

1 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Yoghurt…plain yoghurt or raspberry yoghurt works

1 Cup Raspberries

Honey to taste

Blend together and serve…

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 banana, broken into chunks

3/4 cup of milk

1 8-ounce containter of strawberry yoghurt

2 teaspoons of sugar

Blend together and serve!

Cranberry Orange Smoothie

1 cup Cranberry Juice

1 large Banana, broken into chunks

1/4 cup Orange Juice concentrate

1/2 cup strawberries

1 cup of ice cubes

Blend together until smooth and serve!
