I make this cake all the time too! I use whipped cream as frosting and shredded coconut to top it.

For some reason my kids have named it “Clown Cake”. LOL

Sheesh! Here I am reading all these awesome recipes, and suddenly I look at who is writing them! Who knew you and your sister were so creative with food (and not too shabby at photographing it either)! I am totally making this cake this weekend. It sounds yummy!
