Dine Without Whine - A Family Friendly Weekly Menu Plan

No Prep Salt Ribs

ribs
My husband is a huge fan of meat, like most men, and feels that I don`t cook enough for him. When I told my father about this, he thoroughly agreed that a guy needs meat on a daily basis and told me about this awesome recipe that my mom uses to cook up ribs without the major prep time.

This is the perfect recipe for when you`ll be home to cook the ribs, but have 0 time to actually mix marinades or sauces and prepare the food. It`s literally a two step process that you can do in seconds.

No Prep Salt Ribs

2 lbs ribs

1/4 c. salt

Fill a pot with 1 quart water and add salt. Drop in the ribs and bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 min.

Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Remove ribs from water and place in a baking pan and bake for 20-30 min. or until browned.

That`s it. Serve. Super simple, super tasty.
