Lemonade for All Seasons

Lemonade is a delicious drink, but if you make it from scratch, it`s also extremely healthy . . . just think of all that Vitamin C you`re getting! If you are still getting chilly weather, though, you might not feel that it`s time for lemonade. I beg to differ. There`s nothing like hot lemonade on a chilly day.
Hot lemonade is also great if you`re sick. The extra boost of Vitamin C won`t hurt you and the honey has a soothing effect on sore throats and coughs.
Hot Lemonade
3 Tblsp lemon juice
1 Tblsp honey

Dissolve honey in lemon juice and fill cup to top with hot water. Stir and drink. You can add more honey if needed.
Summer Lemonade
