DIY Marshmallow Bunnies

marshmallow Easter bunnies
Here in Guatemala, there`s no such thing as Peeps or any sort of Easter candy. So we need to get creative. When I saw this cute bunny idea over on Makes and Takes, I had to try it.

We don`t have the same kinds of marshmallows here, but I think the two colors go very well together for this design! And my kids loved their Easter “babies”.

Also, I only used big marshmallows since I didn`t want the temptation of a whole other bag in the house . . . so I just trimmed bits and pieces to create the paws and ears. They`re a tad wonky, but still cute!

Ha! My problem, too. Luckily I have two little boys who happily scarf down most of the batch while I'm still cooking it.
