I went ahead and used 1/2 cup sucanat...they are a little sweet but won't satisfy a strong sweet tooth. I also used orange zest in place of the extract and added a 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. They got a thumbs up from my kids...thanks for a yummy recipe to work with! Julie Hi,
